Just checked out Co-Create survey which dealt with prepurchase of packages - one of the questions referred to prepurchasing unlimited access to lounges for a period of 30 days. Apologies that I can't paste in the question.

Perhaps it is an issue of translation - but it would make it appear that a newbie economy traveller could purchase access to a First Class or HON lounge.

Hope this is not what they meant.
