Would anyone happen to have contact information for the concierge desk of The Okura Tokyo (ideally, the name and email address of the head concierge)? I was told to email [email protected], which is supposed to be a shared email box for the front desk and concierge desk, but they've failed to answer all three of my emails in the last five days.

Shocked by the terrible service so far. I know hotels in Tokyo are severely short-staffed. Still, a quick answer to one of my emails acknowledging receipt of my emails and setting expectations on response time seems like a reasonable expectation. Five days of radio silence is disappointing.
