I ended up canceling my booking with this hotel last year simply because the suite I was booked
in looked ugly and dated once I saw the photos
Booked elsewhere and got a much better experience in every regard.
To me it’s a Hyatt Centric lite.Also have seen the hotel aggressively overpricing rooms which is ok if your a premium hotel
Sounds like they have some work to do.
