The food is tv diner quality and it's all frozen meals that were sold to UA. People should contact UA and give them bad ratings on their post flight surveys. Delta and AA are both offering hot towels, much better food choices and quality, pre-level Covid offerings, while UA can talk about improving catering, they have done nothing. The soft product is the worst in the industry.
I forgot to mention that I did get a warm towel on my recent SFO-EWR flight. But I agree about everything else.
