What erks me the most are the FAs literally standing around in the gallery doing nothing but chatting with each other. If it was a full flight and no time than I’d let it pass. It’s the same post on FT across all of the domestic legacy airlines… It shocks me that there isn’t some sort of corporate policy governing this. Whether or not you get a PDB really seems to be “if FA feel like it.”
