The firtatta is disgusting. Every single time I have had it has been heated to lukewarm; at least one of the FAs was honest about it, and informed that's as hot as the oven can do. UA should really try other airlines, and see how (just) adequate food is served.

I do like your attitude - and it sounds like you had a great crew - but that's the exact same frittata they've been serving since Dec 2022 at least. I honestly don't see any improvements in the food itself (yet). I flew QF & BA recently and both are miles ahead.
I guess I'm just grateful my home market is a byproduct of the Next up-gauging. SLC usually saw a mix of E75, CRJ/7 or 319s (with the occasional 737 to DEN). So, I'm just happy to have a mainline a/c, a warm meal and some choices more substantial than a cheese plate for brekkie. But, they did toss some Velveeta on the potatoes for good measure.
