If a BHN DE/SE/GE VGC was charged when trying to buy a WM MO but cashier then cancelled the MO purchase and put the $200 back to the VGC (and the reversal happened twice, in two different days two different WM), does anyone have any luck to use the VGC to purchase a MO again? I had one DE VGC got reversed twice, then could not use the DE to buy MO at Walmart anymore.
