Since each Amex Platinum/Platinum Extra grants complimentary access to card holder plus one guest, that’s how most of the family of 3-4 Swedes are getting into this Amex lounge too without any additional cost beyond the Amex Plat’s fee. Children who are not yet three years of age are free in conjunction with a Plat card holder and don’t count toward the 1+1 complimentary access allowance per Platinum/Platinum Extra card.

And for the Centurion card holders at this Amex lounge, it’s still Centurion card holder + 2 guests for no additional charge. And children who are 2 years or under also don’t count toward the 1+2 complimentary access allowance per Centurion card.
