I called and got the run around about what should be a simple problem.

When I log in I can see rack rates, but if I select my corporate code is shows rate unavailable every where. It also will not show the points required for booking using points.
If I log out and clear the memory, wah lah, I can see the corporate rate is available everywhere and I can even see booking with points listed for 99% of the hotels.

Surely someone else has experienced this and had it resolved. Any guidance will be appreciated.
