You mean on arrival in IST? (the OP has already stated US can't give them that flight at this time) If so, not it's not going to work - United don't allow changes of partner award flights within 24 hours of departure. Even if they did, you'd need to get TK to un-check you in for the connecting flight, which given TK will likely be painful...
