From a technical aspect, both of these websites are under the control of the owners of flyscoot.com, according to my research, it's FlyScoot, and the address is Changi Airport Terminal 3 , #B1-17, 65 Airport Boulevard, Singapore, 819663, SG .

From a user aspect, just booked the cheaper one or use an OTA such as Trip.com.
