We booked flights CVG >BOS>Rome, Italy in June. I feel sure that we booked and paid for Premium Select on both transAltantic flights. The flight schedule has been changed several times and now we are in Premium Select on the way over, but Comfort + on the way back; that leg no longer shows Premium Select seats. How do I confirm that I booked and paid for Premium Select?
I can't find my original booking and I certainly didnt get a refund when changed to Comfort +
