It seems your VGC are blocked may be location dependent. I hope it has not something to do with self checkout purchase. I bought 2 VGC on self checkout for the first time and have yet to see whether it will work for MO. or the self checkout ones are treated little differently in that they may be blocking it for a while. any DP on self check out and liquidation
