$479 + $0.89 works fine for meta/bhn, I've also been able to do that amount split between 3 metas.
I immediately followed that with a incomm (successful) followed by another meta/bhn (not authorized)
Minimum amount of time that I did so far for a successful transaction was waiting 10+ min in between metas, still trying to try 5 and 8 min.
Seems like I can only use a max of 2 bhn cards at a time now, keep getting "not authorized" even though I'm under the $480 limit.
