In SF, you don't even need filtered water. The water comes from Hetch Hetchy Reservoir in the Sierra Nevada and is some of the best drinking water in the world. There's basically zero reason to get bottled water in SF.

All three of the other full service Hilton properties are pretty mediocre, certainly nothing shiny and new like the Canopy. I'd probably take the Parc 55 for decent sized rooms with nice views and a convenient (if somewhat edgy) location.
I will beg to differ just a bit. The water source is excellent. Some of the urban petrified pipes it may travel through can give the water an off taste. It doesn't happen often, but you can sure tell when it does!
