I transited through Delhi T3 in February. I was traveling in business class. The entire transit process took me 2 hours and 1.5 hours of that was wasted at the Turkish baggage carousel. Turkish it seems doesn't care for the priority handling of baggage for business class passengers.

Once we got the bags, the rest of the process was a breeze. There was a separate domestic security line for business class passengers, which was completely empty at 7:30 AM. I don't recall seeing a separate immigration line at international arrivals.
