I’m flying DCA-PHL-ZRH next month. I had a choice of an 8 hr layover in PHL or a 65 minute layover. I chose the longer layover because it’s important I get to Zurich on Sunday, and I figured we’d just head into town for a couple of hours Saturday afternoon. Now they have switched me to the 65 minute layover. Is it less risky than I think? We will be checking bags.
