As promised I am reporting live from the AMEX pop up lounge here at ARN.

They are a little hidden and at first I walked straight past them.

Where the fancy baggage claim styled sofa used to be (sadly it appears to have been removed or perhaps moved to some other place) right at gate F26 you turn right.

The Centurion lounge is located further to the left of the Platinum lounge.

The Lounge to go bags are also placed in front of the lounges on what I suppose is an assumption of trust as everybody can just take one without anybody noticing.

Notably, there are two entrances, one for the Platinum lounge and one for the Centurion lounge. They are two separate lounges now. Size-wise they are the same, but the Centurion lounge has a lot more natural light as it is located alongside the terminal windows, furthermore, the centurion lounge is also much nicer in terms of how the tables are set. I looked inside the centurion lounge for a bit and while there are 30+ seats available, only two tables were occupied. The Platinum lounge on the other hand was quite full when I arrived (shortly after 13:00), and after waiting for somebody to show up at the reception desk I got one if the remaining tables. While quite full, it never got completely full. It is located mirrored to the centurion lounge so alongside the other windowed wall of the terminal, however, the view has been blocked as the windows only overlook what appears to be an industrial hall under construction.
All the while some soothing tunes are played over one strategically placed sonos loudspeaker.

Food selection can be seen below:

The food was decent, however plates are prepared in advance, which makes for fast serving, but some sogginess.

Overall it does not feel that much different compared to the old location. While the view in the old lounge was certainly nice (if you got a table that had one), the new centurion location is certainly much better. But also the new platinum lounge feels much more spacious and less cramped. Also selection seems to be similar, however when I visited a hot main food option was lacking and I believe there used to be more than one dessert, but I might remember incorrectly. Also: No more need to schlepp up your bags these annoying stairs, everything is located on ground level.
