One ticket, EWR-LHR-CPH-BKK. All in business class. LHR->CPH on SAS. CPH->BKK on Thai Airways.
Looking back thru the thread, seems this would be an easy CPH connection, non-Schengen to non-Schengen. Can someone confirm the SAS flight deplanes directly into the Intl departure area and there is no security screening needed? And that this is all same terminal, etc?
Connection time is only 60 minutes. So far, I have not been able to get a BP for the Thai flight, so more interested in flight connection details than I normally would be.
Thanks.

There are two non Schengen areas now, I am not sure if they are physically connected, but the new E section seems to be for US departures where as TG and SK European non Schengen operate in the C/D section.

As an ordinary passenger I can freely go between the Aventyr lounge and the furthest E gates used for my CPH-US flights without having to reclear passport control at CPH. Thankfully, there is a publicly accessible path to do so on the non-Schengen side that connects the E gate area with the old-school gate area for other non-Schengen flights. But it's not a short hike for CPH.

Appreciate the quick replies and great info !!!
Just stopping back by to confirm all the above. It was a very easy, painless process. I didn't pay a whole lot of attention to specific gate numbers, but when I arrived, just followed the signs to the departure gate for the TG flight, which involved doing down one level. 5 minute walk, no security nor immigration involved.
And my feared issue with the TG boarding pass was a non-event Strolled right up to the gate agent and they popped out a BP in less than a minute.
Thanks again for the quick info. Really made the trip less stressful.
