There is not even PN space, let alone PZ.
I only looked at some April dates. There are plenty of PZ spaces on IAD-HND. A colleague with Premier Gold status got upgrades cleared in advance on ORD-HND last month. Perhaps, EWR-HND is harder. Also, IN spaces are also available in May, but only in the early part of the week (Sun, Mon and Tue).
