Was just there for 3 nights. not sure where the rooms start, but the lobby is on 3rd floor and our room was on the 10th floor. No upgrade as we booked with my fiance's reward nights, and she is gold status (was unable to transfer reservation to my titanium status).

Still a nice room and view, butler service was nice though we didnt utilize it too much (only for morning coffee/tea).

Would stay again, nice area of town and walkable to a good number of restaurants (though maybe not as good of a location as the W in the Polanco area)
