Unfortunately not. I reached out for a status update last month because I'm traveling there for my honeymoon in mid-May. Some aspects are done, like the Botero Lounge, the grand dining room, and some of the rooms. Email from a customer service rep is below:
"I am really sorry for saying this, part of Grand Wailea will be still under renovation during your visit (Bistro Molokini restaurant, spa and Haleakala wing and either Wailea or Molokini wing will be under renovation)."
I was there last month, stayed at Andaz for a week and one day I took a morning walk to Grand Wailea. Construction is everywhere on the ground level. The resort feels a little weird, with fold up tables all over the lawn by the chapel. I stayed at Grand Wailea at least once a year and this felt the most chaotic ever, made me doubting my one-week reservation this coming Christmas. I think I will cancel my reservation.
