AA has reduced their frequencies from my home airport so am often finding my connections to be 2+ hours. The crowded narrow concourses and awful (tiny) clubs are miserable. Airside food and bev options are all but nonexistent. The pre-security concourse is quite nice; it’s just a terrible layout and 20 something years lost in time. At least LAX is undergoing dramatic renovations and will soon again be a world class airport.
