That, and no guarantee of an extra legroom seat which even NK and G4 let you pay for. The other issue re: boarding times is most of my WN segments were short and on routes where I could also jump on OO E175s, which board much faster than any 737 and offer great comfort in the solo F seat.
I have been wondering if WN would upgrade its service now that other airlines all offer no change fees, but seems like the target WN flyer is also choosing the airline for free bags, and I never check any in.
