I barely do delivery anymore - mostly only pickup, and haven’t had issues with a credit applying. Always at the same time the charge goes from pending to final - just like the Reserve travel credit. Even on a card (Gateway) that technically isn’t one listed as a card that gets the credit. 5 times this past month between wife and I.

Definitely write in.
