I have a QR booked Biz flight, the final sector is DOH-ARN with Finnair Business Class. I am OWE and have been able to book seats on all QR operated flights. The Finnair operated flights I cannot reserve seats on both QR and AY websites, each claiming cannot be reserved on their websites.

Any suggestions what to do?
