This is daily business with Tap, except the stolen luggage (I never check in bags) all of this happened to me.
Add intransparent mileage credits, strikes with no OAL rebooking without a lawsuit, full/closed lounges, missing refunds, the worst hub airport in Europe and really bad customer service and you have your Tap experience.
Only worth flying if significantly cheaper than any other options. I always prefer paying 20€ more not to fly Tap but Ryanair or Easyjet.
