I'll be landing at BOS around 5pm, my understanding is that the rental car facility is usually very busy at that time, and that includes very long lines and waiting times. I'm Avis Preferred President's Club, but my reservation is on Budget using a corporate rate, I wonder if its possible to go directly to the Avis Preferred Services counter and skip the regular Budget line?
