Doing lots of back-and-forths to Latin America/Central America/Mexico - and I will say that the outbound catering is really quite good.

Dinner
First off, apologies for the blue tint but neighbor was passed out and didn't want to disturb with the overhead. Wonderful IAH-based crew! PDBs (at 1 AM), jacket hung, addressed by name, thanked for being a 1K, all United logos placed facing me (it's dumb I know, but I really appreciate that having been married to a UA FA). Just all-around great service. They perfectly rushed the dinner so people could get some sleep on this 2.5 hour redeye but never let your glass run dry. Meal was a perfectly cooked chicken breast with mushroom sauce, sautéed veggies and rosemary potatoes.

Breakfast
Another wonderful crew! The purser had been on my flight to Bogota earlier this year and greeted me with a "I know you smile". Very attentive, PDB of sparkling/mimosa or water. She bounced around to make sure the GS/1Ks got their choices. Hot towels with beverage service. Interestingly, it seems like lots of variety was catered. Below is the frittata with spinach, sausage and potatoes but my seatmate also ordered the frittata and his was the green chile one. The other choice was the waffle and compote, but I overheard her saying they also had the egg breakfast sandwich. I've been on/off the road every other week and I have to say the catering is markedly improving.
Based on both flights for crew, meals, service I would give KIR/S his high net promoter score. Flew AA on the way down and by comparison would give them a solid meh.
