Probably a question better asked in the TK forum than here as day-of-flight issues are handled by the operating carrier, but if my past experiences with TK are anything to go by, not a chance! You'll most likely end up having to purchase a last-minute cash ticket for the flight. Flight changes on TK are really just not a thing (I only spent close to 2 hour trying to change to an earlier connecting business class flight whilst in IST airport - after being bounced around between multiple service desks eventually I had to obtain a visa, enter the country, and go to the ticket office landside before I was able to make the free change to an earlier flight!) and their IOPS handling is generally not regarded as being good...
