Not only is Chef Chin dearly departed, the branch in Rappungi where we used to go (and mjm had the pull) is also an ex-restaurant. I assume if the restaurant were still open, we'd go there. But we are bereft and lost in the desert. So if you, o dear leader, care to point us to a suitable mabo replacement (and of course make the suitable arrangement, you break it, you own it), we're sticking with pesos proactive and kind suggestion.
