This is the first time to me. I normally book one day cancellation hotel and not exactly sure when the charge happened. I have an upcoming trip and the cancellation policy is 7 days. However,right at 7 days my accounts were charged the room cost. Since I have two Amex cards with 40 off 200 offers nd I plan to split the cost on two cards. Now they charged everything on one card, and not even pending. Should I call hotel, ihg, or settle with them during the visit.
