Thanks Rather Ghastly

When we arrive in Terminal 1 will there be a bay of Alitalia check in stations where we can drop bags and check in ? Also, all I have is their email confirmation and record locator from their website. Is that all I need with my ID to demonstrate we should be on the flight ?
