Incredibly frustrating. So good in the air and so awful on the ground (don't get me started on lounge access issues in S'pore.)
I work in aviation and have never dealt with such ineptitude. True, I haven’t flown every airline in the world. As an aside, I just booked a separate SQ award from Singapore to Brunei as the agent couldn’t figure out how to add it to my existing JFKSIN. SQ is the only airline where I routinely overpay for awards.
