If you're referring to the Limousine Bus it only serves NRT currently to/from the GH. I saw that the GH was absent from the HND schedule, on the company website, and the GH concierge confirmed 5 days ago.
Ah, that's good confirmation of why I couldn't find it on the HND schedule.

As others have mentioned, no bus service to HND, however it is close enough for a cab (or Uber) ride to be affordable, particularly if you are traveling with others (x number of bus tickets vs. “flat rate” for your traveling party). And as others have pointed out, subway/monorail will be a little challenging with bags.
My wife and I did the NRT Express back in 2019, and did one transfer to our hotel. Wasn't too bad since we always do backpack and carry-on only. This time could be a little more troublesome with a third person being my 70 year old mother. I believe I will just take a cab as people suggested.
