They cannot be applied on Hyatt.com only via Twitter, Hyatt Chat, or by calling in. I was just explaining how to book the reservation correctly because if you call in and say you want it booked that way then their system only allows them to book it as two reservations. Several people have reported this issued and it caused big issues when applying Suite Upgrade Awards which were only good for half of their 4-5 night stays due to it essentially being separate reservations. Which is why Pay My Way is the best method for this type of booking.
