I flew WN (at least) twice weekly for work for years and neither of those concerns were an issue; they happened and yet, I got there.

Setting aside row 2 for business select fares only would be a nice change.
Hrmph. I can see the thread now: "I didn't get the Window/Aisle in the BS Row, I'll never fly WN again!"
