Does anyone know how KL treats refunds of award tickets, where the taxes paid originally are less than the €50 refund fee?
Will they just return the miles without upcharging to the refund fee, or will they ask for a supplementary payment up to the €50 to get your miles back?
For reference: BA returns the miles in those cases and the refund fee will equal the tax amount paid originally, so no additional charge.
