I have to disagree. They don’t work at some locations. Seems to be how the store is processing the transactions. I’ve got a ton of $200 V & MC from Staples I’m trying to liquidate. I’m using them to buy $500 cards. I’ve found Walmart is best for this because they don’t autodrain. I’ve got one WM that works fine within the $485/6 minute limit. In fact I’ve gone over this limit by using a mix of VGC and MCGC. I’ve been to at least 3 other WMs where VGC works fine within the new limits, but MCGC doesn’t work at all. I also have a $500 BHN MCGC that kept getting declined for $480 at one S&S. Then I tried at a different location and it worked.
