I just hopped through Narita with barely an hour and half layover and I had time to get through security, go to the new lounge, not like new lounge, and head to old lounge (the one upstairs), get a drink, chow some treats, and make my way up to seat 74A for my flight to DTW. You've got PLENTY of time!
