I have used Travelex for the past ten years. I will continue to use them in the future ONLY because they give points/miles.

However having said that, I have never on any occasion had the points/miles allocated to my account without a "fight". Last year I had ten transactions with them. On EVERY occasion I had to write, forward photo copies, request the help of my FF scheme etc. etc. to get my points/miles credited.

At the time of posting I am still "fighting' to get my latest three transactions credited with the promised points/miles.

I would NEVER use Travelex if they did not give (eventually) points/miles !!!!!
