I've never used a TA, but have gotten plenty of upgrades over the decades w FHR and, more recently, Virtuoso. I'd guesstimate the batting average currently at @ .400 to .450. My perception is that it used to be well above .500.

I have also received upgrades across multiple classes with FHR and Virt. Typically at places i'm staying for the third (or more) time. Happened just last night at FS bev wilshire. checked in w an FHR studio room. Woke up this AM in a signature suite. As w thread topic, tho, these seem more snd more rare.
