Yes, Turkish Airlines doesn't provide any pdf confirmation such as Pegasus Airlines, British Airways, American Airlines, United, and much more airlines.
The only airlines that I am aware of sending a pdf are Qatar Airways and the Lufthansa Group. There might be more than I am unaware of.
