You've never had a problem with *A codeshares? Lucky you... They are renowned for being opaque.

The fine print on the Korean page for Flying Club says...
If you fly on a Korean Air operated flight marketed by a SkyTeam member airline, you will earn as per the marketing airline.
But whether it all works with VS being in Skyteam for a few weeks is another matter. But if the alternative is orphaned miles then it doesn't really matter...
