This is a pretty common issue with TK and wouldn't cause an issue. Since there is no middle name concept in Türkiye, and all given names are part of the first name bracket, the system automatically unifies all your given names which wouldn't cause an issue.
In case you are flying to somewhere where APIS is required, you could correct the spaces and dashes when checking-in online or it would be automatically corrected when the check-in agent swipes your passport.
