I highly doubt EK will retrofit 53 B777.....but we shall see :-)
If crew rest area means ULR, then all the 21 mentioned are ULR as are all the other 304/306Y mentioned by Zoni89 (mostly EG* and EC*). The 310/312Y have no crew rest area and many are even newer with 30 odd EN* and EP* frames.

I too would have thought some of these would be preferred to the older ones, but have no insight to the plans apart from what I've read here.
