The usual time for this to happen is on Sunday for flights some weeks off, due to AA doing a routine schedule update. The cases above don't seem to be in this category, so I suspect there may be some IT glitch here. Usually the codeshares are reinstated after a few days, again that seems unlikely here given the short notice. The problem cases are those arriving at airports with effectively unticketed bookings - we will see if that happens.
