If the strikes or protests are still going on, it will touch the international trains too. So many TGV Lyria were canceled these days between Switzerland and France. At this point, it seems they are reconducting strikes and protests next Tuesday March 29th, so expect delays and cancelations affecting trains the next day. Just make sure you have a plan B if you absolutely need to get to BRU that day. I hope you're not catching a flight, might consider even flying CDG-BRU as the strikes seem to touch CDG less than ORY.
