Interestingly on the IB website, the instruction is also to contact Marriott to resolve, advising an email contact that’s comes back as undeliverable ([email protected])
Anyone else had any issue with a transfer to IB lately? How long did it take or how did you get it resolved?

By this time I no longer need those miles (arranged alternative) and Marriott should simply cancel the transaction.
