My only complaint is that the lounge is like a day-care center during the evening cocktail/food hours. I was there for four evenings, and each one, at least three families were there with young children who ran around, were consistently noisy, and picked at the food with their hands. If memory serves me correctly, pre-COVID, the GH in Singapore (now closed for renovations) had "family hours" just before cocktail time, then limits occupancy to children over 12, and then only when accompanied by an adult.
